On the blog I aim to describe the project of building an Android App designed to show geological information for Denmark. The application should be interesting for the general public, and we aim to publish it on the Android Market when ready. GEUS (my work) have no prior experience with Android so part of the project is also for us to learn and hopefully build more future Android applications - A long-term aim is to equip our scientists with Android Tabs to assist them in their geological field-work in Greenland and Denmark.
The Android project is also part of my final thesis at the IT-university in Copenhagen. My motivation for this blog is to keep track of my progress along the way.
